I am not responsible for the failure during the installation (especially for startup and shutdown screen). I have checked the items and found nothing wrong. So before you began to extract startup / shutdown screen, you might want to back up your original logo.sys or logow.sys to another directory.
All the items above are zipped. You can use winzip to extract them. All the process are likely the same, the difference is the location where to extract them.

To change your start up screen :
extract logo4.zip to directory C:\ (you will be asked if you want to overwrite logo.sys)
To change your shut down screen :
extract logo1.zip / logo2.zip / logo3.zip to directory C:\windows (you will be asked if you want to overwrite logow.sys / logos.sys)

To change your winamp skin :
Move the files to directory C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins then start winamp (the skin haven't changed yet). To change the skin go to Options then Skin Browser or press alt+S then choose the skin you want.

To change your desktop theme :
Extract KKtheme.zip to directory C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes then go to Start Menu. Choose Setting then Control Panel. Double click Desktop Theme icon and choose Kanata Kara from the list. Press OK button and your desktop will change. KKtheme.zip also will extract logo.sys and logow.sys in the same directory. So you have to move logo.sys to directory c:/ and logow.sys and logos.sys to directory c:/windows.
